Undercover Boss

Undercover Boss

You know that moment on Undercover Boss when the CEO shows up in a hoodie…

and suddenly everyone is being really professional?

Yeah… that is Ward Conference week.

Except this time the Boss is not undercover.

He sent Moses up the mountain with a full employee handbook, came back with stone tablets, and basically said:

"Here is the vision. Here is the standard. You in?"

And the Israelites, bless them, said:

"All that the Lord hath spoken we will do."

(Then immediately built a golden cow. Classic week-one onboarding.)

The point is not being perfect.

It is being willing to say yes… and keep trying.

You do not need a stone tablet.
Send the text. Make the call. Stop by if it makes sense.

📖 Come, Follow Me (April 20-26)

"All That the Lord Hath Spoken We Will Do" — Exodus 19–20; 24; 31–34

Moses comes down the mountain with the job description.
The Israelites say yes before reading the whole thing.
Then… the golden calf. (We have all had a Monday.)
But here is the thing
The covenant did not break because they stumbled.
It held because God kept showing up.
Willingness > perfection. Every week.
