Gnomeo & Juliet

Dripping Springs Ward Newsletter

Covenants > Cupid

There are two kinds of people during Valentine’s week:

Those who planned ahead… and those currently circling HEB hoping inspiration strikes.

Thankfully, the gospel isn’t built on last-minute flowers. It’s built on covenant commitment.

As we channel a little Gnomeo & Juliet energy this week, remember: real love isn’t dramatic garden speeches. It’s steady. It’s faithful. It’s choosing the Lord again and again.

Abraham left comfort for covenant. That’s the kind of love that actually lasts.

Come Follow Me

“To Be a Greater Follower of Righteousness”

Genesis 12–17; Abraham 1–2

This week we study the life of Abraham, a man who left comfort for covenant, familiarity for faith, and security for promises he couldn’t yet see. Abraham teaches us that righteousness isn’t passive. It’s movement. It’s trust. It’s stepping into the unknown because the Lord asked you to. If Gnomeo can cross a garden for love… surely we can cross the street for ministering.
