Prince of Egypt

Dripping Springs Ward Newsletter
Prince Of Egypt Edition

New year. New church time. Same God doing miraculous things without special effects or a soundtrack (but if He wanted one, Hans Zimmer would crush it).

Church Program

NEW TIME: 10:30 AM

(Yes, really. Tell your group text.)

This Sunday is Fast & Testimony Meeting, which means an open mic, sincere testimonies, quiet moments, and the reminder that the Spirit still shows up without a printed program.

Hymns

  • Opening Hymn 217: Come, Let Us Anew

  • Sacrament Hymn 188: Thy Will, O Lord, Be Done

  • Clsoing Hymn 215: Ring Out, Wild Bells

A beautiful meeting where testimonies are shared, tissues are used, and someone will absolutely start by saying, “I wasn’t planning on getting up…”

Come Follow Me

This Is My Work and My Glory

January always feels a little quieter. The decorations are down, routines are settling back in, and everything feels… normal again. That’s actually kind of the point.

This week’s Come, Follow Me starts us in Moses and Abraham, where God reminds us early and often that His work has always been about people, not pageantry. Deliverance doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it looks like remembering who you are, showing up again, and trusting that God is still very much at work in ordinary days.
