🍰 “Sweet Victory” – Youth Activities This Week

Date: Wednesday at 7:00 PM

Just like Forrest ran everywhere, our Young Men & Young Women will be all over town for some fun this week!

• Older Young Women & Priests – “Bake-Off Challenge” 🍪👨‍🍳

Meet at The Owens’ home – Bring your best skills, but don’t burn the chocolate!

• Young Women 12-15 – “Hiking at Charro Ranch Park” 🥾🌲

Meet at High Point to carpool – We’ll walk like Forrest (but hopefully not across the country!)

• Teachers & Deacons – “Chess & Puzzle Challenge” ♟🧩

Meet at the Slades’ home – Think smarter, not harder!

🎤 Stake Conference 

Mama always said to show up when it matters. Well, Stake Conference is this Sunday at 10:00 AM at the Stake Center. Instead of our regular meetings, join the whole stake for uplifting messages and counsel. Just like Forrest ran across Alabama, we encourage everyone to run (or drive) to Stake Conference – you won’t want to miss the inspiration (and there’s no telling what spiritual chocolates you’ll receive). “That’s all we have to say about that” – see you Sunday!

🛠 “I Just Felt Like Helping” – Ministering Assignments

 

The Relief Society & Elders Quorum have new ministering assignments! Go be that helping hand someone might need! Even a small act of kindness makes a big difference.

🌱 “One Less Thing” – Mulch Fundraiser

Lieutenant Dan would say you need some good ground cover, so here’s your chance!

The LDS Youth Mulch Fundraiser is on March 29th, and we need the whole ward to participate. This fundraiser helps pay for youth activities all year long—from camp to conferences and more!

• $15 per wheelbarrow (6 cu. ft.), 10 wheelbarrow minimum

• Mulch sourced from Kinser Ranch

• Sign up by March 15th: 

 

Open to residents in:

• Big Sky Ranch

• Founders Ridge

• Polo Club

• Highpointe

• Estates of Sawyer Ranch

• Anyone with a large order (50+ wheelbarrows)

• & surrounding neighborhoods
